many thanks glasman and cruciformist ,I think Mel will be acceptable ,I have one more answer I am not sure of,no. 25 A female donkey,a dance similar to Jitterbug ,less "Y" I have Jenny Lind as my answer but I don't know if it is a place in the uk.any suggestions please ?

I don't think it's Jenny Lind - she was a soprano singer, known as The Swedish Nightingale. She performed a lot around Malvern, Worcs. and the hall in which she appeared is still there, albeit a bit "tatty". I will research further on the basis of Jenny
