Why do some things on Facebook state 'Facebbok user' and not the persons name.

Could it be that they no longer have a Facebook account, or have blocked you?

Can you give an example, clematis?

Hi Bluestone,How would you know if you had been blocked?and if I had would the persons name still be there on other friends pages.

No, you can't see the posts made by people that are blocked.

2sp just a comment on my site came up as facebook user.
I would imagine it means they have deactivated their account then.
