Shops Old And New Quiz

Quiz for NISCU Inter Schools Christian Union.
I'm stuck with number 9 if anyone can help me. It's a picture quiz so will try and describe.
It's 3 stick men hanging from a frame ( frame looks like a swing frame). Answer is a shop, old and new.
All suggestions great fully received. I'm really stuck.

if you look up tie rack logo it comes up with some thing differant from
what you discribe
