OK, here we go with the logic.....
1. The centre is the HEART
2. Lots of water is the SEAS
3. Centre of amusement is the letter E
So, putting all these together, we get HEARTSEASE, also known as Viola tricolor to botanists such as myself. There are a number of other vernacular/local names, e.g. heart's delight, tickle-my-fancy, Jack-jump-up-and-kiss-me, come-and-cuddle-me, three faces in a hood, or love-in-idleness.
Google it to see pictures of this delightful little violet. In the past it was thought to have a beneficial effect on the heart - good for angina - hence its name.
