Not Good With Numbers

So would appreciate further clues to the following:

1. If 2 = 48, 3 = 13 and 5 = 31 what does 6 equal?

2. Who was 591 for 5 days, 154 for one day and 2 for approximately 5 hours?

Put numbers in front of me and my mind goes into a spin so if anyone can give me more clues to these two I would be very grateful.

I didn't think it was possible not to get at least one answer, but here I am amazed at last. Never mind, perhaps the penny will drop and I will find out by myself. I only wanted a clue, not the whole answer!

Same here, have been giving it some thought but I have nothing helpful so far....

They have completely bewildered me. They do not seem to bear any relation to the other questions although they are in a section which deals with numbers (they have to be easy for me to do them) Next question down was How long was Norman Stanley Fletcher's sentence which was easy because I used to watch Porridge so I knew who he was. And some were easy to google, but these two - well!! Never mind, at least I have got answers, elliemay and chelle, which means I am not invisible. Hooray!!

I wondered if 2 might relate to a ranking such as in sport, although the figures are too far apart and short term i think

2. Freddie Flintoff's Test Player Number=591, his one day international number=154. Don't know anything about the 2 but I think he must be the answer!

I'm sure Freddie Flintoff is correct but he would always be the 591 test player not just for 5 days, similarly the 154 for ODI players is correct but be he will always be this. The 2 relates to his part in the ICC World XI team. Poorly written question.

Yes, me ellie, but I am still waiting for some sort of a clue. I tried the different kings and their dates of birth, death, and number of years they ruled but could find no connection so at the moment I am completely stumped.

where is the quiz from and do you get any answers at a later date? I am stumped as to the answer for 1, tried kings, scrabble, chemical elements but none were right.
