'edinburgh And Glasgow Quiz'

All answers connected with Edinburgh and Glasgow. Got two clues where I could do with some help please.
1. On England's south coast?
(I wondered about Salisbury Crags but Salisbury isn't on the coast)
2. 1760 yards - near enough, isn't it, Liz?
(I've thought of one mile plus Liz Lochhead but can't find the answer)

1. There are the Seven Sisters on the south coast of England, and there seems to be an area of Glasgow with the same name.
