As a rule I try not to eat after 7pm. Otherwise I wake up feeling sick the following morning. If I'm ravenous though I will just have a hot drink of cocoa or horlicks.
I eat any time I feel like it-tho try to stick to 3 meals a day. But have never understood the 'I try not to eat after....'
My snack of choice is usually cheese.
I try not to eat that late for it risks busting through my diet goal for the day, but if I can't ignore a craving and a drink fails to get rid of it, then a slice of bread and margarine helps.
