Unpaid Item On Ebay

how long would you leave it before you report an unpaid item on Ebay,the listing finished on the 20th and I sent the invoice next day and a reminder 7 days later because I had heard nothing at all from the buyer , I don,t want to appear to be unkind or pushy as I know that one can get unexpected internet problems and it is only a small amount under £5.00

If you sent the invoice on 21st and reminder yesterday, you should give them a chance to respond. If it were me I would probably send a second reminder in a few days. If still no response then would be the time to report to ebay.

I do this:
invoice when sold
reminder after 3 days
reminder after 5 days with note to say that I'll have to report as unpaid on day 7
day 7 - report as unpaid.

I don't faff about - 7 days is quite long enough. You're not being unkind, it's business-like.

thank you I think I will give another reminder now and say I will have to report it if not paid as it will be 10 days tomorrow
