does anyone know where today's location is? Have been trying to work this out all day, but have got nowhere.
"Don't be put off by US baloney or freak bad weather: this city, red by ideology and architecture, punches above its weight in science, gastronomy and music. Avoid resembling its nickname by exploring its towers and arcades on foot or municipal bike, then partying with students at a club scene as radical as its politics. Name the city."
The four pictures are:
A tall ham and cheese sandwich
an old arcade with lots of arches
an image (in red paint) of a guy holding a gun to another guy's head, on a white background
a close up of a red racing car
Many thanks, Chox.

The architecture is old and red (It's nickname is 'la Rossa' for its famous red buildings). It has the oldest university in Italy and is famous for its food and culture. The politics are decidedly radical. If the car was a bike then I would say it was because Bologna is the home of Ducati motorcyles.
