26. Perhaps the royal barge could be moored here, but not the Royal Yacht Britannia! So find another place in Scotland.

I know 7 begins with "N" and, of course, it is Sir Isaac Newton but unsure about the bit "moved north"

26 begins with "Q" and I did think of "Queensferry" but that is in Wales.
