41. Berners Lee (guess somethintg to do with Tiny Tim)

Any help/clues would be very much appreciated

'Fraid so Jomlett. I thought I was good at dingbats but these are driving me mad.
Thanks Tilly 2 - not sure about either because of the times and telegraph in 13 and his majesty in 45 but they're certainly better than anything I've come up with.

Hi Emeritus - yes they are dingbats but too much to describe so I was looking to someone already doing the quiz. Thanks for your interst
41 is something about Tiny Tim and a shilling. Maisie, could you put a full description on about the speech bubbles etc please?

ok i'd better start again -
9.Arrow pointing to prince George of cambride and a bubble saying "We have met before you know. And a bubble fromSt. Nicholas saying " Really, have we, I don't recall"
13. Times - a bubble saying"i look like quasimodo"
Telegraph - a bubble saying "I look like esmerelda"
22. Loctite at top, Shiraz at bottom
41. Mr Berners Lee written in very small writting at top
at bottom - a big old shilling sign 1/-
45. His Majesty Madeira - written accross middle in script
46. POARD

Do you have a clue for 33 please? BFFF BRFAD BUTTFR Ican see the 'Es' have been replaced by 'Fs' but can't get it!
