No. 3 Warmer Chase
No 15 Australian something or other - Terrier, but why?
No. 28 Have Sapsari ?
No. 31 Flash galatin - no ideas

I had Lancashire Heeler for No. 16 - glad I looked on this site for amendment.

What are the clues for 15 and 28 ?

Oh Emeritus - many thanks. I've found some of the clues this time very strange.

No. 15 is Antipodean bank support (10,9)
No. 28 is Drain salt one (7).

any help is much appreciated.

15 has been answered as Australian Ridgeback

Thank you scorpiojo and emeritus. There doesn't seem to be such an animal as an Australian Ridgeback - just a reference to the Rhodesian Ridgeback used for shepherding sheep in Australia. but I suppose ridgeback would be OK if the clue was "back support" - not bank support. Perhaps it's a typo. If I didn't have my whole head blocked up with a bad cold I might be able to think more clearly. Anyway, many thanks for your help - and a Happy New Year.
