no 60 is not Salem, if you want a clue it is a deaf cat from america that has just died.

Thanks everyone for help. I thought 59 was a common one found just about everywhere in ponds and sounds like a job description on a river. Am I wrong? I better look again.

Yes, furrypusscat, I was right. I'd just guessed it but now I've double-checked. Still can't find the deaf black cat though no 60, is it anything to do with a guy called Maron?

What have you all done about no 10? Are we wrong to be looking at "Are You Being Served"? Is this another Mrs Peacock?

I think I will be sticking with 'Pussy'. I have googled Mrs Peacock and only come up with Are you being served.

I've found an article from The Wiltshire Times about a cat (5 letters) that belongs to the Peacock family - a bit iffy, but short of anything else ....
