Local Quiz

I am totally stuck on these logos. I will try to describe them
1. Orange circle with white lines across and a blue underline.
2. Blue square with what looks like a king with his arms up and hands behind his head. Everything is blue except his face and I think it is a crown.
Any help would be much appreciated.

The quiz paper just says logos scorpiojo. Thank you also galasalmon and furrypusscat. I have checked these out but no joy so I guess I will keep searching.
