Welcome to Title Builder Beta.

This small piece of kit is designed to make building your Quiz, Crossword or Puzzle question more effective. It should make finding your question easier for others and, the easier it is to find, the more likely someone is to answer it!

To build an easy to find question title simply select the paper and quiz, enter the quiz number if relevant and fill in the Publication Date. Once you’re happy click “Build Title” and the information should populate the Title field. Fill in the final required details of your question as you normally would, and click submit.

As this is a Beta we only have a limited number of papers and quizzes listed. If you think your favourite Quiz, Crossword or Puzzle should be listed here don’t hesitate to contact us.

Remember: You do not have to use the title builder - simply enter the title and question as you normally would and click submit!

A new month and a new round of Links Games begins in Q&P tomorrow morning. All are welcome to play.

First to kick off is the KM Links game which will be launched fairly early by Seekeerz but there is no need to rush to play that version (based on 'The Daily Telegraph' GK crosswords Sat/Mon.) as there are no time-sensitive bonus points.

However, time is at a premium in our sister game of the MM Links if you want the best chance of bonus points.
This month you will have FIVE chances to pit your wits once again against 'Good King John II' (aka rockfordill). His introduction will be posted at 08:45 and the challenge will follow at 9:00. Hopefully all will go well as the setter is having some problems with his broadband provider and outdated wiring. One way or another, we will ensure something gets posted around the time it should.

Just to assure you, these light-hearted games are simply for your amusement and don't require any difficult problem-solving. Just go with your instinct and the rest is down to luck (though some players would insist there is a skill to it).

The Shrubbery is now open for socialising.
