According to your numbers, you have found 31 not 30 although a bit confused as I only have 8 lines in total not 10 so presumably your copy of the quiz differs from mine obviously due to printing type. Good luck with finding your last one, if I can help further please ask.

I have found the problem, you have missed line 6 and 7. Look closely in what would be line 6, there are two birds in the sentence without a space.

5 in line 1; 3 line 2;3 line 3; 4 line 4; 7 line 5; 3 line 6; 2 line 7 and 4 line 8 Which does add up to 31

On line 6 I have Heron Dove (without a space) and Tit I just can't find the 4th one

Just come on site. I thought it was Dove that you may have missed, it took me ages to find it. Look for a wise bird for the missing one.
