Relative to the train, you are moving forwards
Relative to the ground outside you are moving backwards
Relative to a point outside the earth, you are rotating about the earth's axis
Relative to the sun, you are also rotating about the sun
Relative to the centre of the universe, you are also moving outwards (the universe is expanding).
Relative to your mother, you are her son
Relative to your aunt, you are her nephew
So you see, it all depends upon your point of view.
Einsteins theory of relaitvity. Althought you are in a train traveling at a high rate of speed in one direction, your senses pick up only what is in your approximate location. You are walking in a different direction. If you were to toss up an object in the train? Would it move slowly or at the rate of the speed of the train? It would just drop to the floor. But if you were to go outside the cabin, relevance would move the object with its surrounding parameters. I hope this helps,.
