What is the point in doing a quiz if you have to ask for 23 answers in one post. I know this is a questions and answers site but 23 surely means you have no idea or cannot be bothered to think for yourself. We all ask for the odd last few but 23 seems pointless in doing the quiz to me. Rant over.

I really don't why they bother getting a quiz, surely the interest is doing your own research and knowing that when you send it in it has been all your own work. I ask the occasional odd question but often send in with either silly answers or blanks.
I don't know which thread you mean but I bet they were all answered and that's the trouble. There are people who just answer as they don't buy quizzes but obviously like the challenge
At least if they ask them all in one thread its obvious how many they are asking whereas if you look many of the regulars ask a few each time so probably ask just as many

Why even bother attempting a quiz if you ask for most of the answers.
I guess for some, submitting correct answers is more important than "figuring it out themselves", who knows, "they may win".
They may as well just donate the cost to the charity that is running the quiz and then feel good for supporting the charity

Factor fiction I think it depends why you buy a quiz. If you are just supporting the charity then you don't need to have an answer to every question and when you get it back you can see the blanks you had. If you do them for the challenge then why ask so many. Years ago on AB people asked a few and got answers mainly from people doing the same quiz.
"If they have paid for the quiz though"
factor-fiction - not all quizzes are paid in advance, quite a few are sent by email for payment on return. It would be a pity if a lot of questions were asked, and answered, then the quiz wasn't returned at all and the charity doesn't receive a penny. It does happen.

There is a lot of difference between asking friends to help and asking on here. The whole world can know the answer if it is posted on here which is very frustrating for those of us who work it out for ourselves. I agree, why do these people buy quizzes if they are only going to spoil it for others by asking for most of it on AB. Some of the questions are so easy a child could do them but they are still posted on line.
Most people posting on this thread have asked for help on here with quiz questions at some stage. Presumably the main concern people have is the number of questions someone asks from one quiz. I'm not sure where the line would be drawn- 3 questions per person, nor more than 25% of the questions? Those of us who like to help tend to just answer what' s asked without digging to find out how many others they have asked
I enter approx 20+ Charity Quizzes a month, some are of course more cleverly crafted than others, but I am always happy to send in a sheet with a blank or silly guess or two.
Yes, I did indeed join this site via asking a quiz question , the last one in a 100 question quiz - over the years I have been amazed that small quizzes of say 30 questions are almost completely asked and I too wonder what pleasure is gained.
As I rather tediously comment every time this topic comes up , we will never resolve this issue to suit everyone.
