but...I can see that mnemonic refers to 9 as 'memory' jogger, but why is quarter pounder the clue for jogger?

Someone who pounds the streets I suppose . Like a jogger might do.A quarter being an area of streets.
I mused over this clue but when I got 8d it made sense .
