Any ideas on Black cloud and the light on wall. Someone said the ice with British flag was Great British bake off but don't think it is.

Danny is Danny Vine from Dr. Who - not Broadchurch as I originally thought (there was no Broadchurch in 2014)
I belive the weather logo is "Wild Weather"

I think the Danny is the one in Doctor Who. His character name is Danny Pink and the letters in the pic are pink. Who agrees with that?
