Dreik�nigskuchen. This has 16 letters ..any help?

..found it for you in an ANCIENT cookery book...

Trauttmansdorff Rice...though it's only 15.4 maybe you could try an S on the end perhaps..

or maybe a second n in the middle.....although neither would be correct!
The correct spelling in German is Trautmansdorf Reis. which is 13 and 4 letters.
