A reasonably straightforward puzzle this week, but what on earth are the red squares supposed to do?
"The red squares read from top to bottom, then up".
Reading from the top, I have:MERRY CHRISMAS ST. Could be a misprint, but reading upwards I cannot make any sense at all.
Any ideas?
