Daily Express Crossdoubt is driving me mad today - I've even had the scrabble letters out but I just can't get it! Can anyone help? Thanks

Is it a codeword type puzzle?

It's a daily puzzle in the Express. They give you nine letters and you have to make two five letter words crossing at a particular point they give you.
Today's letters are:

I normally have no problem but today it's got me stumped.
