Mmmm. Was the character Billy Elliot introduces earlier in the story? And there seems to a superfluous 'in' in the clue

Hi all, just back. Some interesting replies here. The setter didn't recommend a list on my copy so I was looking at them all for answers that would fit in. No.5 = New York New York would fit, but the sentence ended 'everyone shouted excitedly 'Grease'. At least, that is what I have.

Why would they shout Grease? I thought they would whoop "Wicked!"
