Can Anyone Help With The Radio Times Big Picture Quiz?

I've got more than I have have before but I'm stuck.
Theres a reddish round circle on the left which I can't get?
And also another green circle with a yellow/traiangular shape that I don't recognise (above Hotel meister Palace)? Any ideas?

I've managed to find the picture on which the quiz is based, as can be seen by the identical sky. From this, it can be seen that all snow is painted on, and the two shop windows on the right with the guitar and crown etc. have been drawn in. This means that nothing in the windows happened to be there before, as was the case in previous years. Everything in the windows is probably significant.

What annoys me about these quizzes is that some of the TV programmes were only available to paid subscribers. There's one here that was only on Netflix. What chance do ordinary viewers have, except by cheating like us?

There's also "footsteps in the snow". I've been thinking that rather than just putting the eu referendum - which wasn't an actual programme in itself, it must be one of the programmes associated with it. Same with Trump's hair.

The girl on the cycle is for the Paralympics not the Olympics. She has been mirrored so that it looks like her right hand is missing, not her left. Mo is for the Olympics.

I am wondering if "Breakfast means Breakfast" is a double bluff and just means "Breakfast" and nothing to do with Brexit.
