The Km Links Game - January Week 1 Results

Good morning everyone - thankfully quite a bit cooler here today after a thoroughly nasty weekend, at least no major fire outbreaks here in South Oz...and hopefully some rain before the end of the week ...fingers crossed !!

Now for the matches which caused quite a bit of consideration/consternation/constipation even ...and one complete brain fade....

Social Clubs .....the only one we didn't think of !!

And the STAR TURNS ....all 6 of them ...collected 6 points for three correct matches and you will find your names at the top of the new Leader Board ...excellent way to start the New Year off...

Lots of 3's and 1's also, so many in fact that the FFc rooms have seen a major exodus ...even one of the die-hards has left, which means I could break out my stock whip and see f I can dislodge the resident owl!!

What temps have you had, 1ozzy ? We had two over 40c and yesterday was just horrid !!

Had a few over 40's Seekz, along with humidity, just to rub it in.

Mostly high 30's and dry, sprinklers are working overtime, not looking forward to the water bill.

How's you coping?

We only had the two 40+ luckily (?) and they were dry too, now the humidity is coming in ...that'll be fun !!

Think our water bill will be a bit on the high side too,though we've got a couple of rain water tanks which have been a godsend ...roll on Autumn !

Our rain water tanks feed the house because town water is unpalatable and corrodes hot water heaters, dishwashers, washing machines etc very quickly.

Shame they don't get refilled very often.

Town water for the garden, any tips on stopping water meters spinning?
