Are you sure of the letters? I can't find anything even close.

Th first one looks odd if the words are in the order given because I can only thing of I as the last word unless it ends in Mister A or similar (there was a "goodbye mister A" but that doesn't fit)

Can you give an example of an answer please so we can see if it;s titles, lyrics, musicals/pop etc

I'll have to give up for now. First one looks as if it may include "OF THE" but the one letter word at the end is puzzling me.
Th middle word for 2 may be OF or ON, I can see HEROES OF but can't see anything after that

Thanks all, it is the initial letter of each word, for instance D I is Dark Island, most seem to be Scottish songs, but I found a couple of pipe tunes, could be accordion music, but completely stuck. Thanks for your efforts, I will watch this space! Heccy

If the above letters Abefhhiilmoorsty are the initial letters of the words in the title, what is the significance of the 4,2,3,6,1 pattern?
Are you sure they aren't anagrams? The one letter word at the end of the first looks odd

If they are traditional Scottish songs the first one might end with 'O' as in "green grow the rashes o" for example
