I would be grateful if anyone could help with how you fill in the grid blank spaces
is there a site that shows this says can fill in 12 more
Many Thanks for help
Hi pega, don't know of any sites that will help with filling in the grid, but as it says the black squares form a symmetrical pattern, top half matching bottom half. Most of the clues will be asked on here throughout the day, you can then start to fill in answers and black squares to fill the grid. It may help to make a copy of the grid so you can use that in case of mistakes. Hope this makes some sort of sense.
Good luck
All the grid is symmetrical so if a square is on a row five spaces from the left then you fill in the square on the same row five spaces from ]the right.Do the same with the columns until you have twelve blanked out squares.Hope this is of some help.
As Stob says the grid is symmetrical so you can fill in 12 squares before you start, that along with some of the clue numbers will help you insert some of the numbers. Once you have done that, solve some of the clues and it will all start coming together.
After filling in the squares, you may be able to add a few more squares, for example, adjacent to where a clue number is provided. You can also add some across clue numbers as they are in pairs, eg 1 and 26, 5 and 25.
