Still no activity on the East Ender's blog - it's 8 months now since his last post and I guess it's not looking good for him. I wondered if his fears of being "thrown into the chokey like Voltaire" had come to pass, but you'd have thought that, at least in the UK, he'd still have had access to t'internet.

Yes . . . it would be good to see more posts on The Eastender's blog. Let's hope his absence is only temporary. He could, perhaps have simply fallen out with his ISP or not paid the 'phone bill? Worse still, someone might have gone and put a pick axe/spade through the underground cables as they did in the next village and it was off t'internet for nearly two months.
