Hi, thankyou for all the help from the forum on here regarding the answers to a 'Geographical Places/ Landmarks Quiz' im taking part in, all answers are cryptic and are world places or landmarks. I've listed the questions im struggling with below and have also added some of the answers i have thought of as well, if anyone can help me out with the correct answers for any unsolved questions, and also check my answers too i would be really thankful for the help, thanks,

This seems like hard work. The answer to 23 is definitely not Rotherham Bay - Rotherham is maybe 50 miles from the coast. if beatutiful south isn't a helpful clue then maybe it will help if I say this place is anywhere, anywhere alone, anywhere alone.

Regarding 18, think of another word meaning "will". My reference to another continent was to the location of the overall answer - I meant the location of the answer is a different continent to that i=of your suggestion of Indiana, USA. India would be closer but not close enough.

Have you managed to get details of the quiz date yet- organiser, closing date, number of questions?

Does anyone honestly believe kelster when she claims she doesn't know any of the details of this quiz like what it's in aid of, the closing date, how to obtain a copy and how many questions there are overall when she knows what 47 of the questions are? Until she provides that information why is anyone giving her any further help on this thread or, based on previous experience, the numerous other threads she will start which will ask the same questions over and over.

Closing date can't be imminent then or you'd know about it. Is it not mentioned on the sheet you are copying the questions from?
I suggest you have a go at working some out- the fun is in the trying I find- and then repost with full details once you get them if you still have one or two you need help with.

If it turns out there are only 50 questions for example and we have answered or given very strong hints for 47 of them across your two threads, it does rather spoil the quiz for others
