Philip" Let Them Eat Cake" Hammond
The Chancellor of the Exchequer [ Multi - Millionarie ] Philip Hammond told colleagues that public sector workers were overpaid, limiting their pay rises to 1% . However some public sector workers were excluded, from this , yes Politicians, in 2015 they were awarded a pay rise of 10% and in April of this year a further 1.4%, "let them eat cake" said Hammond, of the Con party.

As for overpaid civil service there ard many overpaid non jobs created by Bliar. Thses need to be addressed so the money can be distributed more evenly.
I do agree hammond is a pillock and yes you are right he is a Tory and a remoaner.
