Centre ring says L = 50
Next ring has the numbers:- 23,39,7,9,17,13.
Next ring:-1,6,20,22,22,2.
Next ring:-28,16,4,3,1510.
Last ring:-5,8,12,10,0,19.
Rings to be turned so lines going into centre ring total 50.

I'd start with 39+2+4+5 and just double check the others match up.
Ignore that...
You've asked two very similar questions previously, did anyone supply any tips on how to solve these?

Check back on your profile.
Yes, start with 39. There can't be many ways to get 50 from there. Having meal in a sec so can't do it now
I'd write them on paper like you have done, cut into horizontal strips and line them up using trial and error.
Write the numbers into strips and across then slide the bottom strips until they line upwards to 50
Prudie, Snap, and that will work.
Try 39 1 10 0
Are the numbers definitely right?
We are looking for 6 sets of numbers, each totalling 50. 6 x 50 = 300 but numbers given total 311 so no solution possible.
These numbers should add up to 300 and don't as far as I can see counting in my head
One ring has 39, so only leaves 11 to be found. Line up the 1, 10 and 0 from the other rings. Hopefully gives you the answer.
Oh that's a 1, I read it as -1 at first :-)
Phew, that's what I thought. I could line up 4 columns of 50 but was left with 51 and 60 for the other two
Yes, has to be 39,1 10, 0 based on numbers given- but there must be at least one error a sthe total is 311 not the required 300
Think same as everyone else, that the numbers are not accurate.
sbrown- please can you check which two numbers are incorrect on your list and give the correct ones- then we can help finish this off.
13 23 39 7 9 17
22 2 1 6 20 22
3 15 10 28 16 4
12 10 0 19 5 8

50 50 50 60 50 51 TOTALS
The 28 or 19 need to be 10 less. AND the 17 4 8 or the left hand 22 need one of them to be 1(one) less.
sbrown1450 has probably worked this out now Dave so may feel no need to come back. he just needs to replace the two incorrect numbers in our 'solution'
