anagram of mothers under ( lacking E for energy )
= ST MOTHRSUNDER
which should make ....THUNDERSTORMS

Remove one E from "mother's under" ("lacking Energy")


Add a T (the second Time)


Giving 'dizzy' mothrsundert = anagram = thunderstorm
