But then you've used the 'moan' you need for 'wine' hc - think Granny is sorted now.
But you don't say montilla wine, just as you don't say port wine, you just call it port.

Trying to understand where the word 'pork' fits in to the clue. I get that if you change one letter you get 'port', but why pork?
