Could 4 be pantos? It's the only other one from the five that I can think of anything for. The only think I can think of related to Christmas and the number 12 is The Twelve Days of Christmas, but the eighth on that is maids a milking.

I seem to be finding this year's quiz more problematical/difficult than usual. I seem to be stuck on a several that you are and five or six more!

I know it's a line from O Come, All Ye Faithful, but can't see anything else in the song that fits the clue length.

Not sure about your no.1 no.2 is Winter Olympic Games. No.4 think it must be Frankincense she has put wrong number of letters before. No.5 is choirs of angels

Wintergreen because it is an evergreen shrub and it's oil is used medicinally, and it fits.

Cashier: Thanks, I've just looked and there are, or were, twelve stamps released this year. Eight of them Madonna and child.

goldenlife: If correct, frankincense isn't the only one she's given the incorrect clue length for. 'Traditional old toy at this time; "small faces" song.' gives me the answer Tin Soldier, but the clue length suggests soldiers in the plural.
