Yes, Ive suggested Archies (sounds like arches) before but wasn't happy with it as I'm pretty sure they were called The Archies. I can't think of any relevant words for walkers, viaducts or farmers.

for 9 I have suggested TRAFFIC but it's not a strong answer. Can't think of anything that relates to blind bends. wet/icy roads, single lane carriageways.

26 looks like a typo. I think there may be a few errors in this quiz (The fill from above one looks dubious i feel) and the girl/cakes one has an incorrect count.
