Don't Blame it on the Weatherman- - this fits in nicely with the Michael Fish story where he dismissed the idea of hurricanes- shortly before one hit

Maybe my memory and Guiness books of Hit singles are letting me down mallyh, but I can't see any trace of Blowing in the Wind reaching the charts as it came early in Dylan's career (although it is a well known track and there was a re-release a few decades later when it was minor hit. I don't think it was a hit in the USA either

Yes, when i originally suggested it I mis-remembered it as Don't Blame It on the Weatherman but it seems the title didn't actually have a 'Don't' in it

Good team effort on this. We always get there in the end. It's not easy without a shorter time period or word count to focus the mind. Seems a good quiz.
