Not sure but you could, if you haven't yet, try The Turnstone at Hopton.

Snap Gness, only a few miles from Caister which had a Roman encampment.
Check this one out

Manor Farm is the remains of a Roman fort;

theres an ostrich in Bristol, not sure how many more there are.
The nearest Roman fort to the Turnstone pub in Hopton is at Burgh Castle about 5 miles away. Caister is much further, about ten miles.
think there is also a Turnstone pub in Great Yarmouth

There is a Roman Signal Station and I presume Fort on the coastline at Filey.

on grounds of decency alone ( booby is a bird found in the west indies I undeerstand )
