Like the shoplifters who can't understand why they've been stopped even though they have an arrest sheet as long as your arm.

You must be watching a repeat of Canny Police, spice. When i watched it, i had to laugh when she said the police have a vendetta against the estate on which she lives. Yeah, every time they do something wrong, they get arrested:-)

Yes, ken. That's the one. A terrible attitude has developed in some places.
The mine closing doesn't help but there's no excuse for their behaviour.
