9 PM on 28th- if that is exactly as question is written.
item must be collected on an even day (28th)
after break = 10am
half hour before closing = 12.30
They are shut then, klazo.
It's giving those times as "break". Not "open"... as it is typed, anyway.
Question Author
Even days. 6:00 am - 1:00pm. Break 9:30 am -10 am//
This is how I'm reading it:

Monthly Schedule Opening hours
Even days. 6:00 am - 1:00pm. (Break) 9:30 am -10 am
(2nd, 4th,6th....)

ODD DAYS ARE NOT REQUIRED.

Even Days

Small package collection. Before break
Large package collection. After break
Ah, thanks... then 10-12:30 is right.
Question Author
Indeed Pixie

Thank you for being so patient!
Apologies, on a mobile. It looked like the word "break" was before the "even days" times.
Hopefully this should make it a little clearer.

Even days. 6:00 am - 09:30 am (then break for half an hour) 10:00 am - 1:00pm.

Pick up after break = 10:00am
but an half an hour before it closes at 1pm = 12:30pm

giving:

10:00am - 12:30pm
Do your own homework!
:-)
Okay.

1. 490 pages.
2. £1.00.
3. Still 20 mins. (They print one book each)
4. Day 22.
5. Who knows? You didn't provide the table.
Question Author
Brilliant, has anybody got the answer to no 3?
Keep up Mozz ;-)
20 mins. If they have a printer each.
It remains at 20 mins as mallyh and mozz have stated.

Zyla, nothing nasty meant by it, hence the smiley face. Apology if the joke was taken out of context.
