Unfortunately not, twix - he finally had the scan we'd been asking for over the past 3 weeks and the results came back much as we feared - the cancer has spread to the bones in his back causing pain and making it hard for him to sit up, hence the problems with his peg feeds and aspirated pneumonia - things are moving quite quickly and we are looking at palliative care as he needs 24hr nursing which I can't give at home - not a happy picture at all
