All answers are Fruit nuts or vegetables. 6 Letters, Fibre rich nut. I have Almond as 'Marc from Soft Cell' and the almond is reckoned to be the most fibre rich nut. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

bananas does mean nuts but am not sure banana mean's nut.
Almond seems fine too me- appart from chia its got the most fibre. Unless LENTIL counts

I also have banana for 93. ever seen a straight one and almond for 72. Marc from Soft cell. Thought fibre rich nut could be cashew.
