The clue was in the title it has to be christmas related and while I am sure at his age santa suffers from arthritis I somehow think you are on the wrong track.

I believe Rum Sauce is correct.There are two types of rum, hence the plural Rums, followed by a number of O's (as in the classic 'Two Ronnies' sketch) The number is irrelevant being the amount that fits the space available.

Answer: Rums O's = Rum Sauce
