As E is given, it should be easy to locate 'grime' in the grid. However, there are three possibilities, two of which have the same first & third letters in common as well. The right one is one of these but there's no clear way to distiguish which is which. Finding Q would eliminate the wrong one by providing the U.

Got the answer, Grime, but stuck..... HELP !!!

Grime .. 22,12,10,11,21 and Q is 16. Easier using the 4-21-20-12-21-21 clue as the ‘key’ as there are really only 2 contenders. Stay safe.
