Aye....? Dont understand gen2?

I was trying to give you a clue rather than the answer.

The sequence is of all the answers given by the cheating contestant in 'Who wants to be a Millionaire'

Major Charles Ingram was found guilty(along with his wife and Tecwen Whittock) of cheating using cough signals.

Do you still want me to reveal to all who read this site what the answer was to the million pound question?

The answer is GOOGOL. Why can't people just answer without being so arrogant?

And for further referance the question was 'A number one followed by one hundred zeros is known by what name?'

I hope this helps

rd14962, No one is being arrogant.
The netiquette on this section of AB is to answer day to day quizzes and puzzles with the answer unless specifically asked for a clue. Long term quizzes where contestants have months to find the answer, are generally answered with hints to steer the puzzler in the right direction without spoiling it too much for others.

Marli acknowledges this is a CAB question and was even wary about asking it in the first place. He/she declared that this was a last resort (rather than an easy option) and I tried to help him/her.

I agree with gen2, its better to be given clues than answers
