Could I ask how this carol is put around I have Oxford book of carols and from No 1. have started we three kings going right and down right side got to 114 down with end of yonder now in a muddle 95d is shaded and the left hand side also Please advise (am glad I photocopied this one !) Thanks

follow the shaded squares to the end, then put the last part of the verse in 95d

It took me a while to work out too! Start at 1 across with this line - we three kings of orient are bearing gifts. Then down the right side with - we traverse afar field and fountain moor. This gets you to the bottom of the right hand side. Carry on across the bottom writing from right to left - and mountain following yonder star o sta - then up the left hand side (finishing the word star first) - r of wonder star of night star with royal. Now you've been right round the perimeter and finish with 95d - beauty bright.
