Looks as though it could be something and something (e.g. Tooting and Mitcham). Unusual there's no E there. No T either so the 5 can't be NORTH or SOUTH. That's what it can't be, for what it is I can't help I'm afraid.

is it definitely a town/place name rather than say a heritage site? The lack of certain vowels/consonants has got me thinking Wales. I can see Llanfair. The 3 letter word could be and / new.
