It would end in Ry which is an abbreviation for railway but not a vehicle

 No Number of words or letters given.I like Lorry but agree I don't know about the Y either.My first answer was trailer as trail can follow and left or right can be l o r sounding like trailer but again I 'm not sure trailer is a vehicle.Any ideas please?
