A bit trickier today

I'm still not too sure about this game as in what would be classed as a good score.

Does it have something to do with the number of stars?

 

1ozzy, Barry and Perseverer, you all got 3 stars and I got none, so does that mean mine was a rubbish score?

5/5 is the best score and it is calculated by the number of moves - the fewer the better

Barry, I haven't figured out how to do it using minimum moves yet.

Perhaps it will dawn on me one day.

It takes me much longer to do this than it does Wordle.

Don't move letters willy nilly, only if you are fairly certain what the word is.

Each Waffle needs a minimum of 10 moves to solve it, and if you do it in 10 moves go get 5 stars. Every move after 10 costs you a star. You are allowed up to 15 moves, which would get you 1 star. If you finish after 15 moves then no stars, I think.

Maybe I got that last bit wrong. 10 moves, 5 stars, 11 moves 4 stars, means 15 moves, 0 stars, and perhaps after that, game is over 

Barsel, if I am correct then you did today's in 15 moves, so you finished the Waffle with the last move allowed. You will know if that is right.

Persever @ 12.04, that's correct :

In other words, if you have no turns left when finished you get no stars
