Thanks so much. Some great answers. I'd found Bangers and Cash but dismissed it because I thought it was on in 2019 and this year was a charity event, but clearly it was both. And I thought it was Ruth Wilson at the top right window (one of my favourite actors) but had forgotten the programme. I'm probably one of a small minority that didn't know anything about Penny Mordaunt at the Coronation, but I was out of the country and didn't watch any of it. And I visited Portofino (gorgeous) but hadn't got that. And had completely forgotten about the White House Plumbers so thanks for all that.
I think the answers you're looking for are:
World on Fire
Bear (the constellation is Ursa Major anyway)
Time (Jodie Whittaker)
Dreamland (someone suggested that on MoneySavingExpert)
Wolf (for your fox)
The Perry is Grayson
The thermometer: a red hand indicates a temperature and Stephen is an actor
There is a Scottish flag associated with Will meeting Kate but I think you mean a different flag that relates to a northerly part of Scotland
I think the Fugitive is Stonehouse
I'm also stuck on the pink car
I'm also lacking one clue Does anyone think the blue puffer jacket and/or sun symbol above is a clue?

Jay Blades has only been in 3 programmes that I can find - The Repair Shop, Jay Blades The East End through Time and The Midlands through time. I don't know what the significance of the presents he's carrying are.
I thought the door was Inside No. 9 but the person doesn't match anyone in it so not sure about that one.
Thanks for taking the trouble to list all the clues. It was the lights hanging from the Tudor building I hadn't spotted. Also thanks for saying Fox. After I'd said Wolf I kept looking at it, thinking, it's a bit big for a fox, a bit small for a wolf. Anyway I think it might be a fox, but difficult to google anything about fox. The Repair shop seems the most likely answer for Jay Blades. Maybe they're referring to the Christmas special. I was a bit slow to realise Inside No 9 was two clues. Have MoneySavingExpert to thank for pointing out that the guy is Aziraphale
